Here you go, folks. This is the 5 point plan for a long life, compliments of my 95- year old patient today.
1) Don't drink
2) Don't smoke
3) Exercise
4) Eat right
5) Be happy
Now if that's not wisdom, I don't know what is! She also made me feel her bicep because she's trying to give Rosie the Riveter a run for her money. I'm not going to tell you if her bicep was bigger than mine. ;)
