The honest answer is: it depends on you. And most people are overdue. 🌿

Twice a year is the general rule, but for some people, every 3 or 4 months is the right call. Especially if you:

• Have been dealing with gum sensitivity
• Know you grind your teeth
• Have not been in over a year
• Want to stay ahead of anything before it becomes a problem

The thing about dental issues is they rarely hurt until they are already serious. Regular visits are how you stay ahead of them.
