Service Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. When appointments are missed or canceled late, it’s difficult to fill that time! To keep things running smoothly, please review my cancellation policy below:
🔸 48-Hour Notice
I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me time to offer the spot to another client.
🔸 Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will require a 50% service fee.
🔸 No-Shows
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without any notice will be charged 100% of the service total and will be required to pay ahead of time to rebook.
🔸 Arriving Late
If you arrive late, I may need to shorten your service to avoid delaying the next client. More than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show and subject to the fee above.
