MEET DR. STRICKLIN:
Dr. Stricklin graduated from Jacksonville State University in 1969. He was commissioned into the United States Army following graduation, and served for four years. He obtained his dental degree from the University of Alabama School Of Dentistry in 1977, and did a one year General Practice Residency at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. Upon completing his military obligation, Dr. Stricklin opened his General/ Family practice in Alabaster, Alabama in 1981. Dr. Stricklin is a member of the American Dental Association, a Master in the American Academy of General Dentistry, a Fellow in the American College of Dentist, the Alabama Dental Assosiation, The Alabama Academy of General Dentistry (past president), the Birmingham District Dental Society (past president), and the Birmingham Society for Advanced Dentistry (past president). Dr. Stricklin has been married to his high school sweetheart for 44 years. He and Frances have two children.
