My name is Tori Sickafoose and I have been playing softball since I was five years old. I played travel ball for Ohio Ice, which helped develop me into the player and person I am today. I graduated from Sandy Valley High School where I was a four year player earning honors such as first team east district my freshman and sophomore seasons as well as first team all conference! I currently play at the University of Mount Union! I am very excited to get to work and help young players get the opportunities that my coaches gave me!

Sticky sugars and starches cling to our enamel and hide between the teeth and in the crevices of our molars. Opt for whole foods versus packaged treats for school lunches!!

If you are taking 2 or more prescription medications chances are you have dry mouth side effects. Most of the time this side effect goes unnoticed until the problem is more severe. Biotene is a great over the counter rinse to help aid in this situation when used as directed.

This chart shows how acidic our everyday beverages are. Drinking beverages that are below 7 are acidic and should only be enjoyed with a meal or once a day. The lower the number the more harmful to your teeth. Acids wear away the enamel microscopically opening the door for bacteria to attach and cause cavities. Drink water regularly for strong healthy teeth!
