We are open for business. We will be calling patients that have missed their appointments due to Covid-19 closure to reschedule. Please be patient as we implement new guidelines and protocol.
1. We will be taking your temperature upon arrival.
2. You will be asked to sign Covid-19 consent forms and questionnaires.
3.Please remain in your vehicle. We will let you know when we are ready for you.
4. Only the appointed person may enter the office.
5. If you have been sick or traveled outside Wyoming in the past 14 days, please reschedule your appointment.
