Why do we take X-rays? ✨

Dental X-rays help us see what the eye can’t — cavities between teeth, developing adult teeth, and any hidden issues that could affect your child’s smile. 🦷🪥

With today’s advanced digital X-ray technology, radiation exposure is extremely low. The American Dental Association (ADA) no longer recommends routine lead apron protection for dental X-rays. However, we understand that every family wants to feel as comfortable and protected as possible, which is why we’re happy to offer protective lead aprons and thyroid collars for an extra layer of reassurance. ✨

Early detection means simpler, more comfortable care — and healthier smiles for years to come. 💛

For ages 4 and up: A pea-sized amount of fluoride toothpaste twice a day is all it takes to keep those smiles strong and cavity-free.
For ages 0-3: a smear or rice-grain sized amount twice a day is all you’ll need!
