October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and Bel Air Dental Arts is taking action.

For every whitening treatment purchased in October, we will donate $25 to Susan G Komen.

If we reach our goal of $500, Dr. Melissa Nevid will double the impact and donate an additional $500.

This is a potential $1000 contribution to Susan G. Komen investing in groundbreaking research, community health outreach, advocacy and programs in more than 60 countries.

Over the past 30 years, 29 new breast cancer-fighting drugs were made possible in part due to Komen research funding.

We hope you will support our effort to help women in their fights against cancer.

This morning, I had a conversation with my young daughter.
I asked her if she knew why she was wearing red white and blue today.
She said because Dad said it was red white and blue day at school
I asked if she knew what day it was today
She said Friday
I asked if she knew what September 11 was
She said oh yeah, a plane flew into a building, my friend told me.
I told her September 11, reminds us of a day a long time ago when America was attacked and it was very sad and very scary but we saw something amazing happen. We saw everyone in this country unite together and help each other. We saw people welcoming strangers into their homes in New York City. We saw food vendors rush to donate food to people who had nothing. We saw brave firefighters, paramedics, and healthcare professionals rush to help people without even thinking they could be putting themselves in danger. We saw an overwhelming kindness and love spread throughout our country and it’s important that we remember all of this today . ❤️ 🗽
