✨ ✨

Paisley’s transformation is such a beautiful example of how the position of the front teeth can completely change the way a smile looks💙

When Paisley came in for treatment, her upper front teeth were proclined, meaning they angled forward rather than sitting more vertically. One of the details Dr. Westfall pays close attention to in aesthetic orthodontics is the position of the front teeth—ideally, they should appear more upright and balanced when you smile.

Using his advanced aesthetic training and Pitts Protocols, Dr. Westfall carefully refined Paisley’s smile to create a more natural, harmonious result.

We are especially pleased with her smile width, her increased incisor display—the amount of her upper front teeth you can see when she smiles—and her beautiful smile arc, the gentle curve of the upper teeth that follows the shape of the lower lip.

Those details work together to create a smile that looks broader, more balanced, and beautifully natural from both the front and profile.

We are so proud of Paisley and absolutely love her final result!

🌟 September Patient of the Month 🌟

Today we got to surprise Savanah at her appointment, and it was such a fun moment to celebrate💙

Savanah always comes in with a positive attitude and a big smile on her face. She is someone our team truly looks forward to catching up with and seeing at every visit.

We had so much fun picking out gifts we knew she would love — and even more fun surprising her today!

Congratulations, Savanah! We are so proud to celebrate you this month and love having you as part of the Westfall Orthodontics family. 😁✨

🏈 Friday Night Lights, community, and a whole lot of fun! 💙✨

We had the BEST time at the Tennessee High Vikings vs. Virginia High Bearcats football game! From games, giveaways, and prizes to the Westfall Wrangler making the rounds, there was no shortage of smiles all night long 🤠🏈

One of our favorite parts of nights like this is seeing so many of our patients, families, friends, and familiar faces—and meeting new faces who quickly become new friends.

At Westfall Orthodontics, supporting our community means more than putting our name on a sign. It means showing up. It means being in the stands, cheering alongside our neighbors, supporting our schools, and creating fun experiences for the families who make this community such a special place to call home.

Thank you, Tennessee High, Virginia High, and everyone who stopped by to see us. We loved every minute of it! 🏈🐾🤠

Big Dreams. Bright Smiles. Strong Communities. ✨

What an incredible few days in Nashville! 🎤✨

Dr. Westfall wrapped up a very successful course and presentation with OC Orthodontics, sharing his approach to facial aesthetics, Smile Arc Protection, treatment planning, and creating smiles that go far beyond simply straightening teeth.

Being invited to teach alongside respected leaders in orthodontics is an honor, but what makes us most proud is the passion behind it. Dr. Westfall is constantly studying, refining, teaching, and pushing himself to deliver the very best possible outcomes for our patients.

We’re proud to see his clinical work and expertise recognized on a larger stage — and even more proud that everything he learns and teaches comes right back home to benefit the patients and families we serve every day.

Nashville, you were good to us. 💙 Congratulations, Dr. Westfall, on an incredible course!

🐾 Meet Bogey — our newest Westfall Orthodontics team member in training!

Bogey is a Cavapoo and is officially learning the ropes from Molly, our very loved therapy dog. Molly has become quite the popular girl around here, so she decided it was time to start training another pup to help with snuggles, smiles, and calming nerves.

Cavapoos are known for their sweet, gentle temperament, playful personality, and hypoallergenic coats, making them a great fit for an office where patients of all ages need a little extra comfort.

Bogey still has a lot to learn, but we have a feeling he is going to be a wonderful addition to the Westfall Orthodontics family. Keep an eye out — you may see this little guy around the office as he begins his journey as a therapy dog in the making! 🐶✨

🏈 Friday Night Lights at Gene Malcolm Stadium!

Westfall Orthodontics had the best time showing up for an exciting night of high school football as the Virginia High Bearcats took on the John Battle Trojans!

We loved seeing so many patients, families, friends, and familiar faces in the crowd — and had so much fun with our games, giveaways, and all the sideline energy. Nights like this are such a great reminder of why we love being part of this community.

We are proud to support our schools and the students, athletes, families, and fans who make these moments so special. Here’s to big dreams, bright smiles, and cheering on our local schools! ✨

Cue the spotlight, Nashville 🎤✨

Dr. Westfall is taking the stage in Nashville — not to sing, but to share his expertise with fellow orthodontists at a Facial Aesthetics course hosted by OC Orthodontics.

We are so proud of his passion for excellence, his commitment to continued learning, and the incredible skill he brings to every patient smile. Dr. Westfall’s work goes far beyond straight teeth — focusing on facial aesthetics, smile arc protection, and creating confident, beautiful smiles that truly change lives.

From our practice to the podium, he continues to lead with talent, vision, and heart — and we’re cheering him on every step of the way.

Nashville, get ready… one of the best in the field is taking the stage. 🤍🎶

POV from the patient’s mouth 🦷😂

POV: you open your mouth at Westfall Orthodontics and suddenly the whole team appears. 😂🪥

Don’t worry… we’re just making sure those pearly whites are getting the attention they deserve. 😜✨

Consider this your friendly reminder: brush. your. teeth. We’ll know. 👀

🏈💙 We had the best time showing up and supporting Abingdon Youth Football League & Cheer!

From the football players to the cheerleaders, the energy was so much fun — and we loved seeing so many familiar faces, patients, families, and friends along the way. Of course, no game night is complete without a stop by the concession stand for popcorn🍿

At Westfall Orthodontics, we believe being part of a community means showing up for it. We’re proud to support programs that bring families together, build confidence in kids, and make our community stronger.

Thank you, AYF&C, for letting us be part of such a great night!
