School District Employees - SEBB or PEBB:
As open enrollment approaches, you are given three choices for dental insurance. The good news is we are a PREMIER Network Member for ONE of the plans - UNIFORM DENTAL GROUP (UDP).
We are NOT in network for DELTA CARE or WILLAMETTE. These plans are very specific and we will not be able to bill either plan.
Currently, there are not any Willamette or DeltaCare providers in Grays Harbor.
If you would like to continue your dental care with our office, please choose Uniform Dental Plan- UDP - Delta Dental of Washington.
