Morphology adjustment- lateral and canine substitution.

Replacing the tooth 11 12 with tooth 12 13. The hardest part is the biological adjustment by crown lengthening surgery and emergence profile needs to be modified.

After the temporary stage and adjustment, duplicating the sub gingival area of temporary crown to the final restoration. Named this way as the root and crown not match to each other. The profile would be different from normal profile.

Thanks .kern created SMILE, it changed the game for soft tissue grafting.
Also one of my mentors, gives me a concept of Vestibular Incision Bilaminar Elevation.

Both these two guys thought out the best way to achieve the coronally advancement.

Root coverage with this technique improves efficiency a lot for me.

11 direct restoration.

Due to discoloration of old composite, patient asked for treatment.
After removed the composite, there was only a thin enamel layer, which caused the problems.

Because of opacity deficiency from the composite, too strong light emissions from the enamel makes the issue that restoration looks grey.

So after removed the enamel shell, I used the most opaque resin now I could get: GC A’chord BOW. It made a good reflection to the eye.

Recipe: ST BOW Bi1 LD Azur TransOpal ST and some tints.

右上正中門齒由於舊樹脂的變色，變的不美觀。藉由仿生樹脂修復來達到美觀的效果，讓患者可以帥帥的去拍攝婚紗照。

Composite veneer for peg laterals.

Due to non-ideal tooth proportions of laterals, this patient was referred for composite restoration before finishing of orthodontic treatment.

The opacity between natural teeth and composite is always a big issue.

Thanks my mentor inspired me a lot about new strategy of anterior direct restoration.
