First; thanks to multiunit systems.
Lost of roots of teeth and related big cystic lesioons tested our limitations.
Especially, big cystic lesions were in the left maxilla, right maxilla, anterior mandible and right mandible.
The bone dentsity was too low to get primary stability. So, we use special implant design.
The implant located in the anterior mandible was tilted to left side because of big cystic cavity.
We had to use huge amount of bone graft for filling the cystic cavities.
Thanks God 🙏🏽 for finishing the hard case

Our patient from uk who had dysfunctional zirconium crowns on cemented abutments came to us with chewing problems and aesthetic complaints. We have changed the cemented abutments with multi units and porcelain crowns on milled abutments to provide him the suitable functionality and desired aesthetics. Now He's back home with great memories and a magnificent smile.
