Periodontal ve endodontik açıdan prognozu kötü dişlere sahip hastamızda, kalan dişler çekilerek üst çeneye 5, alt çeneye 6 implant yerleştirilmiş ve tam ark implant destekli rehabilitasyon All-On-5 ve All-On-6 konseptine göre uygulanmıştır.

Our patient presented with hopeless teeth due to periodontal and endodontic disease, teeth were removed and replaced with 5 implants in the upper jaw and 6 in the lower providing full arch support for prosthetics to be done later following the All-On-5 and All-On-6 concepts.

Hastanın 1,5 yıl önce kanal tedavisi uygulanan dişinde kanama ve sızıntı şikayeti mevcuttu. Klinik ve radyografik değerlendirme sonrasında persistan periapikal enfeksiyon düşünülerek apikal rezeksiyon planlandı. Kök ucu rezeksiyonunu takiben retrograd dolgu olarak MTA uygulandı, kemik defekti kemik grefti ile desteklendi.

The patient presented with bleeding and oozing at a tooth that had undergone root canal treatment 1.5 years earlier. Following clinical and radiographic evaluation, persistent periapical infection was suspected, and apical resection was planned. After root-end resection, MTA was placed as a retrograde filling, and the bone defect was augmented with bone graft material.

Üst çenesinde yalnızca 4 mobil diş kalan hastamıza tam ağız implant tedavisi uyguladık. Direkt yükleme protokolüyle sabit geçici dişlerini aynı gün teslim ettik.

Our patient presented with only 4 mobile teeth remaining in the maxilla. We completed a full-arch implant rehabilitation and delivered fixed provisional restorations on the same day using an immediate loading protocol.

Hasta, 10 yıldır dişsiz olup hareketli protez kullanmaktadır. Daha önce başvurduğu bir klinikte, yetersiz kemik seviyesi nedeniyle implant uygulamasının mümkün olmadığı belirtilmiştir.
Kliniğimizde yapılan detaylı muayene sonrasında, hastaya alt ve üst çenede -on-Six implant uygulaması, sagittal kemik split tekniği uygulanarak gerçekleştirilmiştir.
İyileşme sürecinin ardından hastaya sabit protez (sabit diş) uygulaması planlanmaktadır.

The patient had been edentulous for 10 years and was using a removable denture. At a previous clinic, the patient was informed that implant placement was not possible due to insufficient bone volume.
Following a detailed examination at our clinic, an All-on-Six implant procedure was performed in both the maxilla and mandible, using a sagittal bone split technique.
Fixed prosthetic restoration is planned following the healing period.
