Diş eksikliği sadece estetik bir sorun mu?

Hastamizin mevcut restorasyonlarının uyumsuzluğu ve diş eti seviyelerindeki düzensizlikler estetik ve fonksiyon açısından yeniden değerlendirildi. Tedaviye öncelikle diş eti sağlığını ve çevre dokuların uyumunu sağlayarak başladık. Eski restorasyonları söküp altındaki dişlerin tüm tedavilerini bitirdik.
Ardından dişlerin formu, boyutu, rengi ve diş eti hattını birlikte değerlendirerek hastamızın yüz ve gülüşüyle uyumlu, daha doğal bir gülüş tasarladık. Bunun için sadece üst çene değil, hem alt hem üst çenedeki dişlerin restorasyonlarını beraber planladık. Amacımız yalnızca daha beyaz dişler değil; diş, diş eti ve gülüş bütünlüğünü sağlayan dengeli bir sonuç elde etmekti.Her cerrahi ve girişimsel işlemde sonuçlar kişiden kişiye degişiklik gösterebilir. Our patient presented with an existing occlusal disorder and mismatched previous restorations, which had led to both functional and gum health problems over time.

We began the treatment by first restoring the health of the gums. We then aimed to establish a balanced and sustainable occlusion within the biological limits to which our patient could adapt.

By reassessing the position, form, and proportions of the teeth, we addressed both aesthetics and function together. The goal was not simply to achieve a more aesthetic smile, but to create a result that was harmonious with the patient’s oral structure and sustainable in the long term.
