Achieving the best results in aesthetics is only possible through a personalized approach. In this case, as well, we began carrying out the preliminary preparations by consulting our patient on what their needs and expectations were.
How Our Treatment Process Proceeded:
📌Digital Planning: By combining the digital photographs and impressions taken from the patient in specialized software, we performed an evaluation that best matched their facial profile.
📌Mock-up (Trial Phase): Before initiating any procedure, we determined how the smile would look in the patient’s mouth via an intraoral mock-up and decided on the necessary shade adjustments based on their natural teeth.
📌Gummy Smile & Laser Treatment: For this patient with a gummy smile (excessive gingival display with smaller clinical crowns and positional discrepancies), laser gingivektomi for crown lengthening was one of the primary treatments performed first. This allowed for exceptionally rapid healing with minimal soft-tissue trauma.
📌Minimally Invasive Approach: Adopting a philosophy without excessive tooth reduction, we fabricated standard full-coverage crowns for the posterior teeth while restoring all teeth in the anterior zone with laminate veneers. ✨🦷
