Bir diş çekildiğinde, zamanla çevresindeki dişler o boşluğa doğru kayar ve eğilir.
Üst çenedeki karşıt diş de aşağıya doğru sarkar. Bu durum hem diş dizilimini bozar hem de o bölgedeki çene kemiğinin erimesine yol açar.

İleride implant yaptırmak istediğinizde ise, o bölgede yeterli kemik kalmadığı için kemik tozu ekleme (kemik grefti) işlemi gerekebilir. Bu da hem daha yüksek maliyet, hem de daha uzun tedavi süresi anlamına gelir.

Bu nedenle, diş çekiminden sonra en geç 2–3 ay içinde implant yaptırmanız, kemik kaybı yaşamamak ve ileriye dönük sorunları önlemek açısından çok önemlidir.

When a tooth is extracted, the neighboring teeth gradually tilt and move toward the empty space.
The opposite tooth in the upper jaw also starts to drop down into that gap.
Over time, this causes bone loss in the area, making the teeth misaligned and the jawbone weaker.

If you plan to have a dental implant later, the lack of bone may require bone grafting (bone powder) before implant placement — which means higher cost and a longer treatment process.

That’s why it’s highly recommended to place the implant within 2 to 3 months after tooth extraction to prevent bone loss and future complications.
