Retreatment case for tooth #35 with 3 root canals.

Patient visited the clinic with severe pain, preoperative radiograph showed incomplete and poor obturation of the canals.

Cleaning and shaping the canals with copious irrigation using NAOCL 2.5% and EDTA %17 with complete isolation have been done.

All root canals may not be evident radiographically but with proper cleaning the field and using loupes the case have been managed.

Endodontic Retreatment #36 #34 🦷

Patient complaining of persistent and continues pain under the bridge, On panoramic x-ray we can see periapical lesion under tooth #36 which is caused by failed canal treatment.

Removing canal restorations and releasing pus through canals calmed the patient's pain and pressure under the tooth, after it applying CAOH dressing for all canals and filling the tooth canals after one week with complete subsiding of symptoms. 🙏🏻
