For our lovely patient Jana, this was a truly life-changing treatment journey.

Due to severe bone loss and bone deformity, we placed 4 zygomatic implants in the upper jaw and performed an All-on-5 treatment in the lower jaw.

Following the surgery, we used iMetric photogrammetry and digital scanning to prepare her immediate fixed temporary teeth.

Just 48 hours later, Jana left our clinic with fixed temporaries.

Now we will allow the implants to heal, and after approximately 3 months, we will welcome her back for her final prosthetic restorations.

A new smile, a new function, and a much more comfortable daily life...this is what we aim for in every full mouth rehabilitation case.

We completed 23 E-max crowns in BL3 shade for our lovely patient.

On the first day of treatment, we removed the patient’s old metal-supported bridge, completed the tooth preparations, and placed temporary restorations. We then sent digital scans and diagnostic photographs to the laboratory for the digital smile design process.

On the second day, we reviewed the digital design together with our patient.

The fifth day was the fitting appointment, followed by the final check-up visit.

Before the final cementation, we also successfully placed an implant in the area of the missing premolar.

For our lovely patient from the USA 🇺🇸, we created a smile design that softened the crowded appearance of the teeth and gave her a more refined, radiant smile.

In this 25-unit restoration in shade BL3, zirconia was preferred for the molars, while E-max veneers were used for the remaining teeth to achieve both strength and natural-looking esthetics.

✨Our beautiful patient came to us with severe tooth wear caused by clenching. By restoring the upper arch with 10 zirconia crowns in shade B1, we were able to achieve a natural and esthetic smile. Whitening was also performed on the lower arch to complete the overall smile.

It was especially meaningful for us to welcome her again, after previously being part of her daughters’ smile design journeys as well.

Our patient presented to our clinic with discoloration of the maxillary lateral incisor associated with previous endodontic treatment, along with the desire to achieve a more harmonious and esthetic smile.

As an initial step, the discoloration of the affected lateral incisor was minimized through a conservative intervention performed via the access cavity. Following this, the esthetic rehabilitation was completed with the application of 10 maxillary E-max veneers in shade B1, resulting in a comprehensive smile transformation.

Our patient from Poland 🇵🇱 came to us with mobile upper teeth affected by bone loss, along with missing teeth in both the upper and lower jaws.

At the first visit in December, we carried out the surgical phase of the treatment and started the healing period with provisional restorations.

When our patient returned in March, we completed the full-mouth smile makeover with zirconia crowns, creating a result that restored both function and esthetics.

Following the patient’s admission to our clinic in November 2025, surgical planning was undertaken initially, and a total of 11 dental implants were placed.
At the second visit, definitive prosthetic rehabilitation was completed with 28 monolithic zirconia restorations in BL3 shade, including 14 implant-supported restorations.
Re-establishing the patient’s masticatory function and witnessing the restoration of the confidence to smile represented a highly meaningful outcome for our team.
