Another smile journey completed.

Our lovely patient, Kovalova, has completed her smile transformation with us.

For her new smile, we designed 20 E.max veneers and selected BL2 as the final shade, creating a bright, clean and balanced result.

Our beautiful patient from Ukraine 🇺🇦 came to us with missing teeth in her upper jaw, having already undergone two implant surgeries. She arrived with a temporary PMMA bridge, ready for the final stage of her treatment.

Using a fully digital impression workflow, we created an implant-supported zirconia bridge and 22 individual zirconia crowns in shade BL3, bringing the restorations together into a harmonious smile.

Bone loss in the upper front region required particular attention to both the appearance of the gums and lip support. We incorporated gum-coloured ceramic to recreate the missing tissue contours and achieve a natural transition between the teeth and gums.

We used e.max ceramic veneers on the upper and lower teeth in shade BL2, following a digital workflow from scanning to smile design. The aim was to address the discolouration and create a brighter, more balanced smile.

24 Zirconia Crowns | B1 Shade | Implant-Supported Smile Rehabilitation

A complete smile transformation focused on both function and aesthetics. ✨

Our patient came to us with missing teeth and reduced chewing function. During the first visit, we placed the implants and provided immediate loading, helping restore function from the very beginning.

After a 3-month healing period, we completed the final smile design with 24 zirconia crowns in B1 shade.

The goal was not simply to create whiter teeth, but to achieve a balanced, natural-looking smile that fits the patient’s face while restoring proper function and confidence.

With 24 laminate veneers, we were able to improve her mild crossbite and create a more balanced, natural-looking smile.

We chose BL2 — bright, clean, but still soft enough to keep the result natural and true to her.

Our patient Igor came to us because he was unhappy with the appearance of his smile. His natural teeth showed diffuse enamel opacities consistent with fluorosis, and he had existing composite bonding across the upper anterior teeth, from canine to canine.

After discussing his expectations, we planned 20 laminate veneers. Over a one-week treatment period, we completed the tooth preparations, digital smile planning and final cementation of all 20 veneers.

Igor wanted a brighter smile while keeping the overall result natural and balanced. At his request, we selected BL4 and designed the new smile to suit his facial features.

This was a full-mouth rehabilitation case where restoring function and comfort was just as important as improving the smile.

Our patient came to us with missing teeth, periodontal attachment and bone loss, gingival recession, and reduced chewing function. She was also using a removable denture that was no longer providing the comfort, stability or appearance she wanted.

After removing the compromised teeth, we placed 12 dental implants and allowed approximately 3 months for healing and osseointegration.

Once the implants were ready for the final restorations, we completed both arches with titanium bar-supported zirconia restorations.

For the final shade, we chose B1. A natural result was very important to us, so rather than creating an overly white or artificial smile, we focused on a bright but balanced appearance that suited her face.

The titanium framework provides a strong and stable foundation, while the zirconia restorations allowed us to restore comfortable function, a balanced bite and a natural-looking smile.

From missing teeth and an unstable removable denture to a fixed, stable and functional result.

Our lovely patient Ana Dimitrova came to us with old metal-supported porcelain restorations affected by severe bone loss, infection, gum recession, and poorly fitting crowns. After a comprehensive clinical evaluation, we planned a full-mouth rehabilitation with upper and lower All-on-6 treatment.

During the first visit, we completed all surgical procedures and delivered titanium bar-supported PMMA provisional restorations within 48 hours, allowing our patient to leave with a fixed smile.

Three months later, the patient returned for the final stage of treatment. We replaced the provisional restorations with custom-designed titanium bar-supported zirconia prostheses, restoring both function and esthetics with a long-term solution.

This case was completed using a fully digital workflow, combining intraoral scans with photogrammetry to achieve maximum precision and minimize deviations throughout the treatment process.

We would like to sincerely thank our patient for her trust, kindness, and positive energy throughout this journey. It was truly a pleasure to be part of her transformation. We wish her many years of confident smiles and excellent oral health with her new smile. 🤍
