Chad’s case started with a complex foundation — and a treatment plan built around much more than appearance.

The starting photographs show extensive tooth loss, only a limited number of remaining teeth, and visible changes in tooth structure and colour. From there, the clinical plan was developed as a comprehensive full-mouth rehabilitation.

Chad’s documented treatment plan included 14 dental implants, 28 zirconium crowns, 2 sinus lifts and 4 cc of bone grafting, with the final restorations planned in B1 Natural.

For a case of this scale, the result begins long before the final crowns are fitted. Implant positioning, restorative space, support, proportions and the relationship between the upper and lower arches all need to be considered as part of one treatment strategy.
