Missing upper front teeth can present both functional and restorative challenges.

In this case, our patient Ian from Manchester presented with multiple missing teeth in the upper anterior region, together with worn and compromised remaining teeth.

Following clinical examination and radiographic assessment, two dental implants were placed to replace the missing upper front teeth. After the healing phase, the upper and lower arches were restored as part of a full-mouth rehabilitation.

The first clinical photographs were taken on 13 February 2026, and the final restoration photographs were taken on 22 May 2026. The accompanying radiographs document the treatment stages, including implant placement, healing and the completed restorations.
