Case: Patient from Ukraine 🇺🇦

The patient presented with a severely atrophic mandible and posterior maxilla. She had a prominent Class III skeletal relationship and a “gummy smile.” She opted for the All-on-4 system in the upper jaw and a removable denture in the lower jaw, as alternative treatments would have required extensive block grafting.
The lower denture will be replaced with implants when feasible.

A geometrically patterned jig was designed by the laboratory and placed during 3D scanning to ensure a passive fit of the final bridge. Passivity was demonstrated with the Sheffield Test in the video recorded during the try-in session with a 3D-printed provisional bridge.
