📍ประกาศการใช้สิทธิประกันสังคม Smile Delight
ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 พฤษภาคม 2569 เป็นต้นไป
ผู้รับบริการที่ต้องการใช้สิทธิ์ประกันสังคม
จะต้องสำรองจ่ายในส่วนของค่ารักษาล่วงหน้า
และสามารถยื่นเบิกผ่านระบบออนไลน์ได้ที่
🌐eself.sso.go.th
โดยมีเอกสารดังนี้
1. ใบเสร็จรับเงิน
2. ใบรับรองเเพทย์
3.หน้าสมุดบัญชีธนาคาร
หรือดำเนินการเบิกคืนกับสำนักงานประกันสังคมด้วยตนเอง
หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงใดๆ
ทางคลินิกจะแจ้งให้ทราบโดยเร็วที่สุด

Patients wishing to use social security benefits
must pay for medical expenses in advance
and can apply for reimbursement online at 🌐eself.sso.go.th
with the following documents:
1. Receipt
2. Medical certificate
3. Copy of bank passbook
Alternatively, you can request reimbursement directly from the Social Security Office.
If there are any changes,
the clinic will inform you as soon as possible.
