ด้วยสถานการณ์การระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อจากไวรัส Covid-19 เพื่อช่วยทุกภาคส่วนควบคุมโรค และเล็งเห็นความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วยเป็นสำคัญ ทางคลินิกจึงประกาศปิดให้บริการชั่วคราว ตามประกาศจังหวัด ภูเก็ต ฉบับที่ 6/2563 โดยผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัด

หากสถานการณ์คลี่คลายดีขึ้น ทางคลินิกหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าจะได้ให้บริการทางทันตกรรมอย่างดีที่สุดในเร็ววันนี้

มาตรการป้องกันCovid19 ✳️❤️💛💚

1.การทำนัดมีการคัดกรองทางโทรศัพท์ หากมีไข้หรือมีประวัติเดินทางไปสถานที่เสี่ยงหรือใกล้ชิดกับผู้สงสัยติดเชื้อ จะให้เลื่อนนัดไปก่อน

2.แนะนำไม่ควรพาผู้ติดตามมานั่งรอขณะเข้ารับการรักษา เพื่อลดความแออัด

3.ที่คลินิกได้จัดเตรียมให้ทุกคนที่เข้ามา ได้ล้างมือด้วยเจลแอลกอฮอล์ก่อนและหลังเข้าห้องตรวจเข้าทุกครั้ง ถ้ามีmaskแนะนำให้ใส่ไว้ตลอดขณะนั่งรอพบแพทย์

4.เมื่อเข้ามาจะมีการคัดกรองโดย
- ซักประวัติ
- ทุกคนต้องทำแบบประเมินความเสี่ยงจากเชื้อcovid-19 จากทางคลินิก ในกรณีที่สงสัยว่ามีอาการของโรคในระบบทางเดินหายใจ ทางคลินิกจะเลื่อนการรักษาไปก่อน

5.ผู้ป่วยทุกคนจะได้ใช้น้ำยาบ้วนปาก BETADINE GARGLE ที่ทางคลินิกเตรียมไว้ ก่อนทำการรักษา

6.ทางคลินิกงดให้บริการการรักษาที่มีการฟุ้งกระจาย
- งดขูดหินน้ำลายด้วยเครื่อง ultrasonic scaler
- งดทำงานครอบฟัน ฟันปลอมติดแน่น
- ส่วนงานอุดฟันจะใส่แผ่นยางกันน้ำลายทุกกรณี เพื่อลดการฟุ้งกระจายเชื้อโรคออกจากช่องปาก

7.ภายนอกห้องทำฟัน ทางคลินิกทำการเช็ดพื้นผิวต่างๆ ภายนอกห้องด้วยน้ำยาฆ่าเชื้อ ทุกๆที่ที่มีการสัมผัสของคนไข้ อย่างทันที

8.การป้องกันการติดเชื้อโดยปกติในห้องหัตถการ ใช้หลัก standard precautions ตามมาตรฐานการควบคุมเชื้อ

*หมายเหตุ ทางคลินิกมีการปรับเปลี่ยนมาตรการตามความเหมาะสมกับเหตุการณ์การระบาด ซึ่งหากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงใดๆ ทางคลินิกจะแจ้งให้ทราบในทันที

♥️ Prevention of Coronavirus from Dn Dental Clinic 🇹🇭

1. Making an appiontment, if you have a fever or getting close to the risk people or traveling from risk country, we have to change or cancel your appointment.

2. Please coming for treatment alone because we need to reduce infection from crowded area. Excecpt disablility person, pensioner and kids can come with one of accompanion.

3. We provide hands gel cleaning for everyone. You have to clean your hands before and after entry to clinic and you have to wear mask while waiting for treatment.

4. You have to do Coronavirus screening form which we provide for you at the reception counter. If you are risk to the virus, we have to change or cancel the treatment.

5. You have to use Betadine Gargle for cleaning your month before treatment.

6. We stop the treatment which make a diffusion following:
- Scaling and polishing with ultrasonic scaled
- Stop doing denture and crown
- In case of filling, we have to use spit protecter rubber for preventing the diffusion

7. We will clean everyting which customer touching with antiseptic cleaner instant.

8. We use the standard precaution following safe infection control procedure.
