เคสนี้ ก่อนการรักษาคนไข้มีปัญหาฟันยื่น กระดูกอูม ฟันมีขนาดค่อนข้างเล็ก และยิ้มเห็นเหงือก ทำให้เวลายิ้มรู้สึกไม่ค่อยมั่นใจ โดยคนไข้ต้องการผลลัพธ์ที่ช่วยให้รูปหน้าดูสวยและสมดุลมากยิ่งขึ้นค่ะ

ก่อนเข้ารับการรักษาที่ SMILE & Co. คนไข้เคยได้รับคำแนะนำให้ผ่าตัดขากรรไกรมาก่อน แต่คนไข้ยังต้องการปรึกษาถึงความเป็นไปได้ของการรักษาโดยไม่ต้องผ่าตัด หากสามารถให้ผลลัพธ์ที่ตอบโจทย์ได้

คุณหมอกิ๊ก (ทพญ. ณัฐนันท์) จึงได้วางแผนการรักษาด้วยการจัดฟันร่วมกับการถอนฟัน 4 ซี่ เพื่อปรับการเรียงตัวของฟันและความสมดุลของรูปหน้า

หลังการจัดฟันเสร็จ คนไข้ต้องการเพิ่มความมั่นใจให้รอยยิ้มมากยิ่งขึ้น จึงเข้ารับการทำ Crown Lengthening กับคุณหมอกอล์ฟ (ทพ. ธนพล) โดยการตกแต่งเหงือกด้วยการจี้ไฟฟ้า กรอแต่งกระดูก และเย็บแผลซ่อนปมไว้ด้านใน เพื่อเผยสัดส่วนของฟันให้ดูสวยงามและเป็นธรรมชาติมากยิ่งขึ้น

ผลลัพธ์หลังการรักษาคือคนไข้มีรอยยิ้มที่ดูสมดุลขึ้น พร้อมทั้งกล้ายิ้มได้อย่างมั่นใจมากยิ่งขึ้นค่ะ 🤍

Before treatment, the patient presented with protrusive teeth, a prominent upper jaw, relatively small teeth, and gummy smile, resulting in a lack of confidence when smiling. The patient's goal was to achieve a more balanced facial profile while avoiding jaw surgery if a suitable alternative could provide the desired result.

Dr. Natthanan, our Board-certified Orthodontist, developed a treatment plan combining orthodontic treatment with the extraction of four teeth to achieve a more balanced facial profile.

To further enhance the smile, Dr. Thanapol, Board-certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon, performed Crown Lengthening to improve tooth proportions and smile aesthetics which results in a more harmonious smile and greater confidence. 🤍
