本病例采用 Spark™ 隐形矫治器进行治疗。通过个性化设计，在无需额外使用其他扩弓装置的情况下，对狭窄的上牙弓进行适当扩展。
牙弓变宽后，可以为牙齿排列创造更多空间，同时改善牙齿前后方向的位置。简单来说，就是在改善牙齿排列的同时，减少前牙突出，并让笑容更加宽阔，与面部比例更加协调。
治疗前，该患者存在口呼吸和打鼾的情况。治疗后，患者报告这些症状有所减轻；在本病例中，也观察到气道空间向有利方向发生变化。

From a narrow upper arch to a broader smile with Spark™ Clear Aligners 🦷✨
This case was treated with Spark™ Clear Aligners, carefully planned to broaden the upper dental arch through dental arch expansion without an additional expansion appliance.
By developing the arch appropriately, we were able to create more space for tooth alignment and improve the front-to-back positioning of the teeth. In simple terms, this allowed the teeth to align more favourably without relying on excessive forward movement of the front teeth, while creating a broader smile and improved facial balance.
Before treatment, this patient presented with mouth breathing and snoring. Following treatment, these symptoms were reported to have decreased, and favourable changes in airway space were also observed in this particular case.
Clear aligner treatment is therefore not simply about straightening teeth. Careful planning considers arch form, bite, smile, facial balance and overall function for each individual patient.
