من أسنان متهدمة إلى ابتسامة أجمل 🦷✨

بعد تقييم الحالة، تبيّن أن القواطع اللبنية العلوية الأربعة كانت متهدمة وغير قابلة للترميم، لذلك تم قلعها.

بعد أسبوعين من القلع، تم تركيب حافظة مسافة أمامية مع أربعة أسنان تعويضية لاستعادة المظهر الجمالي والوظيفة بشكل مؤقت إلى حين بزوغ الأسنان الدائمة.

From Severely Damaged Teeth to a More Beautiful Smile 🦷✨

After evaluating the case, the four upper primary incisors were found to be severely damaged and non-restorable, so they were extracted.

Two weeks after extraction, an anterior space maintainer with four prosthetic teeth was placed to temporarily restore the child’s appearance and function until the permanent teeth erupt.

تسوّس عميق وصل إلى منطقة قريبة جداً من عصب السن، مع بقاء طبقة رقيقة من العاج تفصل بين التسوّس والعصب، دون انكشاف العصب أو حدوث نزف. لذلك تم الحفاظ على هذه الطبقة ووضع مادة الـ BioCeramic Putty فوقها كطبقة واقية، بهدف حماية العصب والحفاظ على حيوية السن وتجنّب سحب العصب قدر الإمكان.

A deep carious lesion extended very close to the dental pulp, while a thin layer of dentin remained between the lesion and the pulp, with no pulp exposure or bleeding. This protective dentin layer was preserved, and Bio-Ceramic Putty was placed over it to protect the pulp, maintain tooth vitality, and avoid root canal treatment whenever possible.
