It's always good to finish a meal with a drink of water - this washes your teeth and mouth.
Choose tap water as a drink. It is tooth-friendly and usually contains fluorides. Avoid or reduce consumption of fizzy drinks, especially ones that contain sugars and acids.

What Is Bruxism?
Bruxism is the term used for grinding or clenching your teeth. This usually occurs when one is asleep but it can happen during the day also. Most of the time we don't even know we're doing it! Bruxism can occur in young children as well as adults.

Why do some people grind their teeth? It may have something to do with a person's bite. Stress also may be behind bruxism. Your body can react to nervous feelings and fears in different ways, like grinding or clenching your teeth.
