The entire team (missing a few key individuals… you know who you are 😉) from kohe™ Dental and toofus™ Dental gathered yesterday evening to celebrate the birthday of one of our founders, Dr Amanda.
One year older. One year wiser.
Looking around the room yesterday reminded us just how far we have come.
One of the most important decisions we have ever made was the unrelenting pursuit of choosing the RIGHT people.
Skills can be taught and systems can be built. Integrity, ownership, kindness and a genuine desire to make a difference are much harder to be inculcated.
As we continue to grow, we are continuously and intentionally building a team of star players who believe in a shared mission: Redefining a life well lived through better, more transparent healthcare.
Culture is not built by accident. It is built one unique person at a time. Every hire we make is important to strengthen this!
To every member of our team, thank you for believing in what we are building. We know it took a leap of faith. Your dedication to our patients is the largest reason we continue to move forward.
To Dr Amanda, thank you for your unwavering standards, and for continually reminding everyone that ethics and excellence are symbiotic and not a choice.
