Dr Mark Fung
BChD Dentistry, Leeds, U.K
Dr Mark Fung graduated from the University of Leeds in 2012 and began his career as a general dentist within the UK’s National Health Service, later moving into private practice. Having grown up in the UK, he brought this well-rounded clinical foundation with him when he relocated to Singapore in 2020.
Dr Mark’s approach to dentistry centres on his patients — he takes real pride in building lasting rapport and creating a calm, relaxed environment where every visit feels unhurried. Friendly and approachable, he always makes time to listen, ensuring patients feel informed and at ease throughout their treatment.
Committed to continual learning, Dr Mark holds the Diploma of Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties from The Royal College of Surgeons of England — a qualification that reflects the breadth of skill required for excellence in general practice. He regularly attends courses to stay current with the latest techniques, with a particular interest in digital dentistry. He especially enjoys achieving beautiful, natural-looking cosmetic results through simple, conservative treatment — enhancing smiles without over-intervention.
Outside the clinic, Dr Mark’s curiosity extends well beyond dentistry. He’s climbed mountains in Nepal and Ecuador, motorcycled across Central America, and hiked glaciers in Patagonia — always chasing the next adventure. Closer to home, he’s a keen photographer, a dedicated sourdough baker, and a self-confessed coffee addict.
Dr Mark is fluent in English, speaks conversational Spanish and Cantonese, and is currently picking up Mandarin — with plenty of help from his patients along the way.
