To our patients who tried reaching our Woodlands Clinic in the last 1-2 days, we offer our heartfelt apologies. We confirmed today that a technical fault with our phone lines prevented many of your calls from ringing through.
We understand how stressful it can be when you can’t reach your healthcare team, and we deeply regret the frustration this caused. We are pleased to announce that the issue has been completely resolved.
