⁨ حالة اليوم مميزة لانه كل العدسات تم إلصاقها بالكمبوزيت المسخن واستخدام بوند الجيل الرابع
اهم خطوة للحصول على نتيجة جيدة في مثل هذه الحالات .. على نهج البيوميمتك..البدء ب معالجة كامل التسوس الموجود بعد ازالة العدسات القديمة .. وتغطية العاج المكشوف IDS نتيجة التحضير الزائد للنسج السنية في المرة الاولى مما يؤدي إلى قوة إلصاق عالية للعدسات الجديدة المحاكية بالحيوية للأسنان الطبيعية .. و بالاعتماد على البوند ذو المعايير الذهبية وتأمين خط ادخال أفقي للعدسات لتجنب التحضير الزائد .. وإضافة لذلك اعتماد اللصق بالكمبوزيت المسخن للتغلب على خط الادخال او على الهدر للنسج السنية كل هذه العوامل تزيد قوة الارتباط ولا ننسى ان كل المراحل تمت تحت العازل المطاطي من بداية العمل إلى الإلصاق ..

نصيحة مهمة : إذا صار اي رض او كسر ل سن الطفل .. وضع القطعة المكسورة ب حليب او الماء ومراجعة اقرب عيادة بنفس اليوم لزيادة امكانية الحفاظ عالسن وحمايته ..
