•Palatally impacted UR3, retained URC
•Buccally displaced UL3
•Severe upper and moderate lower arch crowding
•Increased overbite
•Lingually displaced lower canines
•Lower midline shifted 3 mm to the left. •Full unit class II on the left side

Treatment duration took 30 months
