تم الحفاظ على الطابع الطبيعي للأسنان، مع استبدال الأسنان الأمامية فقط بتعويضات تجميلية مصممة لتندمج بانسجام مع بقية الأسنان الطبيعية من حيث اللون والشكل.

وللوصول إلى هذه النتيجة، تقويم الأسنان كقاعدة اساسية لتصحيح بروز و موضع الأسنان ورفعها بالشكل المناسب لعلاج الابتسامة اللثوية، إضافة إلى تحسين البروز والدعم الشفوي وتناسق عرض الابتسامة و طول الوجة.

This case involved a patient over the age of 50, with the goal of achieving a natural, balanced smile that harmonizes with the patient’s facial features and age.⚡️👌🏻⬛️🟨🟪

The natural character of the dentition was preserved, with only the anterior teeth replaced by aesthetic restorations carefully designed to blend seamlessly with the remaining natural teeth in both shape and color.

To achieve this result, orthodontic treatment served as the foundation of the rehabilitation. It was used to correct tooth position and protrusion, optimize tooth display, and address the gummy smile. In addition, it improved lip support, smile width, facial proportions, and overall facial balance.

The final outcome is not simply a more attractive set of teeth, but a natural, harmonious smile that complements the patient’s appearance and age.🫱🏻‍🫲🏼⚡️

أول حالة Graphy أنهيتها في عيادتي.🔶🔶🔶🏅
إغلاق الفراغ في الفك السفلي فقط. كان efficient جدًا، بعدد قليل جدًا من القوالب، وبدون attachments، مع تحكم ممتاز في الـ overbite.
تجربة المريض بدون attachments كانت مريحة، وبالنسبة لي كطبيب كانت تجربة علاجية جميلة جدًا وسلسة.

حالة سهلة نعم، لكنها بداية جميلة… **والقادم أجمل بإذن الله🔶🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

Efficient space closure in lower arch , very few aligners, no attachments, and excellent overbite control.
The patient experience without attachments was smooth and comfortable, and from a clinician’s perspective, it was a genuinely enjoyable workflow.

قبل و بعد تقويم جراحي و عملية جراحية و تغير الجسر الغير صحي إلى تركيب منفصلة و صحية ♦️🔻🔺🔷

رفضت الجراحة… وبعد سنة غيّرت القرار.👏🏻🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

حالة معقدة: فقدان سن أمامي، عضة مقصية، وعدم وجود إطباق في جهة كاملة.
بدأنا بتقويم تحفظي بسبب رفض الجراحة.

بعد سنة من المتابعة، اقتنعت المريضة بالجراحة اخيرا بعد كل المحاولات و النصح و الإرشاد —
ووصلنا لنتيجة جمالية ووظيفية رائعة، وكانت سعيدة جداً.

لكن الحقيقة:
لو تم القرار من البداية، أو خلال الأشهر الاولى من العلاج ،
لكانت النتيجة أفضل و الإطباق مثالي ، وربما كانت الخطة مختلفة تماماً.

الرسالة؟
في الحالات التقويمية المعقدة، يُعد توقيت القرار العلاجي عاملًا حاسمًا في جودة النتيجة النهائية، ويفضَّل حسمه مبكرًا منذ البداية أو خلال الأشهر الأولى من العلاج، نظرًا لأن الانتقال بين الخطة التحفظية والجراحية في وقت متأخر قد يفرض قيودًا على دقة الإطباق وخيارات التخطيط المثالي👌🏻🫱🏻‍🫲🏼🔺🔻🔺

‏She initially refused surgery… then after one year, she changed her decision 👏🏻🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

‏A complex case: anterior tooth loss, scissor bite, and absence of proper occlusion on one side.
‏We started with a camouflage orthodontic approach due to refusal of surgery.

‏After a year of follow-up, continuous counseling, and detailed explanation, the patient finally accepted the surgical option—
‏and we achieved a very satisfying aesthetic and functional outcome, and she was extremely happy.

‏However, the reality is:
‏Had the decision been made from the beginning, or within the first few months of treatment,
‏the occlusion would likely have been more ideal, and the treatment plan might have been completely different.

‏The message:
‏In complex orthodontic cases, the timing of the treatment decision is a critical factor in the final outcome. Early decision-making—ideally at the start or within the first months of treatment—is preferred, as delayed transitions between camouflage and surgical plans may limit occlusal precision and ideal treatment planning options. 👌🏻🫱🏻‍🫲🏼🔺🔻🔺

حالة معقدة تجمع بين أكثر من تخصص.🙌🏻🫱🏻‍🫲🏼🔴🟠🟡🟢
المريضة كانت تعاني من تراجع شديد في الفك السفلي مع قصر في طول الوجه وتلبيسات قديمة غير متناسقة.
تم التحضير أولاً بتقويم الأسنان للجراحة، ثم إجراء جراحة لتقديم الفك السفلي و الذقن، وبعدها استبدال التلبيسات القديمة بتعويضات جديدة أكثر جمالاً وتناسقاً.
النتيجة: توازن أفضل للوجه وابتسامة أكثر انسجاماً، بعمل تكاملي بين تقويم الأسنان، جراحة الوجه والفكين، والتعويضات السنية. ✨
