UR6, chronic apical perio, retreatment initiated 2 years ago when a file was broken on MB1.

Challenges:
*broken file on MB1,
*strip perforation on DB canal.
*ledge on MB1
*large apical foramen on the P canal.

Closed the strip perf with bioceramic putty, bypased the broken file on MB1, filled with guttapercha and bioceramic sealer.

Single visit. 🤞

UR6, retreatment and provisional crown. 1 hour and 30'.MB2 opening close to the palatal canal.
