👉 Lembrete importante: a nossa responsabilidade é olhar para toda a imagem e não apenas para a região de interesse.

Cada exame pode trazer informações decisivas para a saúde do paciente.

A scan requested for implant placement planning revealed an unexpected radiographic finding:
➡️ a clear calculus in the right submandibular gland.

👉 An important reminder: it is our responsibility to examine the entire image, not just the region of interest.

👀 Eyes wide open, always!
Every scan may reveal crucial information for the patient’s health.

Partilhei os resultados do Barómetro da Saúde Oral 2024, um retrato essencial sobre hábitos, desafios e desigualdades no acesso.
A saúde oral merece estar no centro das políticas de saúde pública — porque sem saúde oral, não há saúde global.
Obrigada à OMD e à RTP2 por esta oportunidade de dar voz a uma causa tão urgente.

📅 Hoje, 10 de fevereiro, lembramos um dos maiores nomes da ciência: Wilhelm Conrad Röntgen.

💡 Em 1895, ele fez uma descoberta que revolucionou a medicina: os Raios X. Graças a ele, surgiram diagnósticos mais rápidos, precisos e menos invasivos.

🕊️ Röntgen faleceu em 1923, mas seu legado segue vivo em cada exame de imagem que realizamos.

🔬📸 Hoje, homenageamos esse génio que nos permitiu ver o invisível.
