A few days in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, as an invited speaker at the Transylvania Congress, and in excellent company.

Together with Paulo Monteiro I presented “Composite & Ceramic: Two Paths, One Goal,” bringing together scientific evidence and clinical cases to explore our perspectives on aesthetic dentistry, ceramic veneers and composite restorations. At the centre of our discussion: the clinical judgement behind each treatment choice and respect for natural tooth structure.

Thank you, Paulo, for the invitation and trust. A pleasure to share the stage and bring our clinical perspectives together.

My sincere thanks to the organising committee (Congresul de Stomatologie Transilvania ) for the invitation, impeccable organisation and generous hospitality. The care and attention behind every detail made this an outstanding congress.

Beyond the scientific programme, the pleasure of making new connections and sharing ideas over dinner.

As facetas foram recuperadas. 🤭 Agora, falando a sério:

Um tratamento com facetas de cerâmica é (ou deveria ser) altamente personalizado.

Não existe um formato de dente que fique bem em toda a gente. Cada sorriso deve ser desenhado tendo em conta o rosto, os lábios, as proporções dentárias, a anatomia, a cor, a textura e, claro, aquilo que cada paciente procura.

O objetivo não é criar “o sorriso perfeito”. É criar um sorriso que pareça pertencer àquela pessoa, criando harmonia com o seu rosto.

É precisamente por isso que dois pacientes meus nunca terão o mesmo sorriso. 🤍

My days are full and free time is precious, so I’ve learned to value anything that makes everyday life feel a little more effortless.

Between the clinic, training and every chance I get to be by the sea, I need pieces that simply keep up.
