Patient came with root fracture of tooth #21

_ the most common scenario in such cases is necrosis of the pulp tissues in the coronal root fragment , vital pulp of the apical fragment , So the best treatment option would be semi rigid splinting for 2-4 weeks , During the first week RCT for the coronal fragment with MTA plug to the fracture line.

- But in this case the pulp tissues of the apical and coronal part was connected , so when the coronal tissues was removed the apical tissues came out with it .

- due to the above mentioned scenario , RCT for the apical part with gutta bercha till the fracture line was done , MTA plug at the fracture line , Back fill opturation for the rest of the coronal part.
