Metamorfoza uśmiechu bez preparacji.🙌🏼

Pacjentka z wrodzonym brakiem siekaczy bocznych (dwójek).
Efekt udało się osiągnąć w pełni bezinwazyjnie, dzięki bondingowi kompozytowemu bez szlifowania zębów.

Największe wyzwanie? Optyczna harmonia kształtów, mimo konieczności znacznego poszerzenia zębów.

Dlatego pracowałam warstwowo: materiały o różnej przezierności i kolorze dały zębom lekkość, a odpowiednie wykończenie powierzchni (makrotekstura) oraz precyzyjne ustawienie linii tranzycji pozwoliły tak poprowadzić odbicie światła, by uzyskać iluzję optycznego zwężenia.💎

Efekt: naturalny wygląd, lepsze proporcje i przede wszystkim — ogromna radość pacjentki.

A non-prep smile transformation 🙌🏼🙌🏼

This patient presented with congenitally missing maxillary lateral incisors.
Restoring smile harmony was achieved with non-invasive composite bonding — no drilling, no enamel reduction.🦷

The main challenge? Creating optical harmony, even though the teeth had to be significantly widened.
That’s where details matter: layered composites with different translucency and shades gave the teeth visual lightness, while the surface finish (macrotexture) and a carefully designed transition lines guided light reflection to create an optical illusion of slimmer tooth shapes.

Result: natural aesthetics, improved proportions, and a very happy patient. 🤍✨

3️⃣ INDIRECT MOCK-UP
Simulation material is applied to the patient’s teeth using a custom index prepared by the laboratory. Precision and repeatability.

✨ NO PREP Bonding – a subtle smile transformation ✨

This case involved bonding on 12 upper teeth.

The patient’s goal was to enhance her smile in a natural, minimally invasive way — without removing any healthy tooth structure.

Over the years, her teeth had darkened slightly, a small black triangle appeared between the central incisors, and in the lateral segments, a negative torque of tooth inclination became more visible.

She wanted a very natural result – a gentle enhancement, harmonizing the smile, without drawing attention to overly white teeth.

The bonding was performed using the NO PREP technique, meaning no enamel preparation at all.

Given the initial size and volume of the anterior teeth, working with a thin composite layer required precise selection of colour and translucency.

In the posterior smile segments, we added more volume to fill the buccal corridors and balance the smile line.

The key to success in such aesthetic cases is excellent communication with the patient – spending time discussing expectations, performing a direct mock-up, and ensuring full understanding of the NO PREP technique’s possibilities and limitations.

The patient is very happy with the outcome 💫
