A 10 year old boy presents with multiple warts on his foot. What started as a single lesion now were multiple lesions within a span of 10months. The warts are contagious and his sister also acquired them through her brother. These are Plantar warts that are usually acquired from moist public areas. They can spread if left untreated. The treatment of choice is electrocautery followed by removal with scapel.
