Patient Presented with the complain of: Pain and broken teeth
Oral Examination Showed: Grossly carious lower 5-5 BDR 6 7 on both sides
5-5 Bridge was present on the maxillary arch and Right upper 1st molar was also grossly carious
Clinical Examination also showed severe generalized gingivitis
Advised: Extractions Followed by implant and FPD was advised
Tx:
Patient was non affording so option of Endopost was given which she opted (patient was also guided about the prognosis)

Step 1: Ginigivoplasty of lower arch was done.
Step 2: #6,7 of lower arch were removed
Step 3: RCTs of lower arch were Done
Step 4: Patient was kept under observation for 1 month to evaluate prognosis of RCT treated teeth
Step 5: Endo Post were placed in segments of 3 teeth
Step 6: Maxillary Bridge was removed
Step 7: Grade 3 Mobile teeth in upper arch were removed
Step 8: RCTs and build up were done
Step 9: Crown Prep was Done
Step 10: Metal Trial
Step 11: FPD placement
RPD #36,37 is to be placed in next appointment followed by RCT and crown of upper #16
