A 20 years old female patient presented with traumatic injury 11 years back in upper left 1 with pus discharge ..
upon examination tooth presented with discoloration and sinus tract formation
Diagnosis : pulpal necrosis and chronic apical abcess .
Treatment : root canal treatment was performed and non vital bleaching paste was packed and temporized with GIC . Patient was kept on follow up

After 1 week : tooth discoloration was lightened. Pt demanded for a more lightened color . Again bleaching paste was packed and temporized
Pt was kept on followup ..
