Upper Arch Rehabilitation with Immediate Implants – Case Overview (KSA) 🦷

Comprehensive rehabilitation of the maxillary arch following extraction of compromised posterior teeth. Immediate implant placement was performed with simultaneous bone grafting and membrane application where required to preserve ridge architecture and ensure long-term stability.

At the patient’s request, the anterior teeth and one molar were retained, allowing preservation of natural esthetics and function while restoring posterior function with implant-supported rehabilitation.

Implant Positions & Sizes:
• Tooth 13 — 4.5 × 13 mm
• Tooth 15 — 4.5 × 10 mm
• Tooth 23 — 4.0 × 11.5 mm
• Tooth 25 — 4.5 × 10 mm
• Tooth 26 — 4.5 × 10 mm (with indirect sinus lift)

Procedure Highlights:
• Immediate implant placement after extraction
