A brief toothbrushing guide:

Step 1: Aim your toothbrush
After applying toothpaste to your toothbrush, point your bristles at a 45° angle to your gumline.

Step 2: Gently Scrub your teeth Gently move the brush back and forth in short (tooth-wide) strokes.

Step 3: Brush all surfaces
Brush the outer surfaces, the inner surfaces, and the chewing surfaces of the teeth,
