o/exam and radiography grossly caries 46 and 47 were find.
47 plan for ext and 46 for endo.
Endo complete in 2 visit with proper cleaning and shaping.
After proper cleaning and shaping the result shown in the picture after 1 month.
The to success of endo primary depends on cleaning and shaping.
Secondary proper obturation and coronal seal.
