Department of Oral & Maxillofacial surgery, Fatima Jinnah institute of dental sciences (FJIDS), Lahore, successfully conducted one day hands on workshop of Minor Oral Surgery Skills.

35 participants from dental institutions across the country came together to enhance their surgical skills through intensive hands on training & demonstration of surgical procedures on live patients by the leading Maxillofacial surgeons of Pakistan.

We express our profound appreciation and gratitude to *Allah Wale Foundation ( AWF)* for their generous and commendable support towards the deserving undergraduate BDS students of Fatima Jinnah Institute of Dental Sciences. An MOU was signed between AWF & FJIDS, Through which their scholarship programme will provide comprehensive financial assistance covering complete tuition and college fees, hostel expenses, as well as a monthly stipend for personal needs of deserving students of FJIDS. This invaluable initiative will enable talented and deserving students to pursue their dental education with dignity and peace of mind, free from financial constraints. Their commitment to education and service is truly praiseworthy and will have a lasting impact on the lives and professional futures of these young students.
A comprehensive scrutiny process with detailed interviews of applicants was conducted today to finalize the successful candidates, ensuring transparency.
