This patient presented with complain of sharp pain in his tooth for last 1 month . On examination tooth was tender to percussion and deep carries were seen on xray. Diagnosis of irreversible pulpitis with periapical periodontitis was made.

Options were discussed with the patient and patient wanted to see if we could save the tooth .
So Root Canal was performed in one visit catching the beautiful anatomy.

Sometimes, it's what saves a tooth. 🦷

A separated instrument in the mesiolingual canal doesn't always mean the end of treatment. With careful technique, the file was successfully bypassed, allowing the canal to be negotiated while preserving the opportunity for proper cleaning and obturation.

Every challenge in endodontics is a test of patience, precision, and persistence.

This patient came with sharp pain in her tooth . On examination tooth 36 was tender to percussion. Diagnosis of irreversible pulpitis secondary to apical periodontitis was made .

Options were discussed with the patient and patient wanted to see of we could save the tooth. So root canal treatment was done

This patient came to me with complaint of pain and pus discharge from his mucosa . On Examination tooth 36 was tender on percussion and sinus tract was seen on buccal side . Pt had root canal treatment of this tooth done 1 year ago from another dentist but some how it failed .

Discussed options with the patient and patient wanted to see if the tooth could be saved so we did Retreatment .

Sterile sponge was placed with temporary restoration and the patient is called after a week for crown.

ROOT RESORPTION due to CHRONIC INFECTION

This pt came to me with complaint of pus discharge from mucosa . On examination there was no pain . Periapical was taken previous root canal can be seen on tooth 11 associated with periapical radiolucency and tooth 21 root was resorbed due to chronic infection .

Single visit rct was done on tooth 21 and calcium was placed densely in tooth 11 . Patient is recalled after 7 days for obturation
