A 35-year-old female patient presented to my clinic with a periapical X-ray, reporting that she had visited a dental hospital earlier today for extraction of the wisdom tooth. According to the patient, the dentist had initiated the extraction but fractured the tooth during the procedure. She was then informed that the case required surgical extraction, which could not be performed at that facility due to the unavailability of a surgical unit. She was referred to another dental hospital, where she was offered an appointment only after four days.

Still experiencing pain and active bleeding, the patient came to my clinic seeking immediate treatment.

After reviewing the radiograph and discussing the options with the patient, she opted for extraction. Following appropriate planning, we proceeded with the surgical procedure. A mucoperiosteal flap was raised, and a purchase point was created between the upper second and third molar. The tooth was then successfully extracted using a straight elevator. Finally, haemostasis was achieved.

A patient presented to our clinic with pain associated with mandibular left second molar During history-taking, the patient reported that he had previously visited another dentist for root canal treatment. Although the initial visit had been performed, the patient continued to experience severe pain.

A pre-operative radiograph revealed that the pulp chamber had not been adequately accessed and the pulp roof remained largely intact. The treatment options, prognosis, and the possibility of retaining the tooth were discussed thoroughly with the patient.

As the patient wished to preserve the tooth, root canal treatment was planned and subsequently performed on tooth

This patient presented with complain of sharp pain in his tooth for last 1 month . On examination tooth was tender to percussion and deep carries were seen on xray. Diagnosis of irreversible pulpitis with periapical periodontitis was made.

Options were discussed with the patient and patient wanted to see if we could save the tooth .
So Root Canal was performed in one visit catching the beautiful anatomy.

Bypass isn't only for the heart... ❤️
Sometimes, it's what saves a tooth. 🦷

A separated instrument in the mesiolingual canal doesn't always mean the end of treatment. With careful technique, the file was successfully bypassed, allowing the canal to be negotiated while preserving the opportunity for proper cleaning and obturation.

Every challenge in endodontics is a test of patience, precision, and persistence.
