A 6 years old child came with multiple carious teeth. After thorough examination and relevant investigations the treatment plan is made which included two pulpectomies and 3 extractions. The patient was uncooperative and the treatment was compulsory so we decided to proceed under sedation with an anesthetist on board. We opted for this procedure because it is less complicated and economical for the patient.

A 30 year old male patient presented to our clinic with the complaint of bleeding gums, foul smell and staining of teeth.
The patient was a known smoker.
After initial examination and discussion with the patient it was decided that deep scaling, polishing and curretage followed by fluoride application would be done to remove the calculas and stains since the discoloration and stains were extrinsic.

Patient presented with complaint of excruciating pain in the right lower jaw.
On examination it was seen that a carious wisdom tooth was present. It was impacted and tender to percussion.
A plan of surgical extraction was made since it was a mesioangular impaction and the tooth was extracted successfully.

Patient presented to our clinic with complaint of broken down tooth which was esthetically displeasing.
The patient had been advised to extract the tooth by other professionals but the patient wasn't willing to get the tooth extracted.
Therefore we planned a post core buildup of the tooth after endodontic treatment. This was followed by a zirconia crown placement,which was optimized to match the rest of the dentition.

Patient was referred to us for a
RCT treatment of the upper premolar since it was a
complicated case.
The root canal was done successfully and options of
further restorations were discussed with the patient.
Since this is an anesthetic area the option of zirconia
crown was selected and after crown prep and crown
fabrication the prosthesis was satisfactorily placed

An adult patient presented with the complain of small in size lateral incisors and, was very much concerned about aesthetics after examination and investigation it was found that they are retained deciduous (milk teeth) and have resorbed roots...
Options were to extract them and put implants there or zirconia bridges for maxillary antetiors..
Patient was non affording so implants and zirconia bridges were out of question...
(We can't just simply crown on them solely cuz roots were resorbed and there were chances that after crowning teeth will get avulsed after getting force from certain angles)

So after shade martching we did COMPOSITE BUILD UP and here are the pre and post results of treatment.
