A Third Molar now considered a rather useless tooth is often the cause of pain and discomfort especially when emotional stressors are triggered. Such a case was encountered to find a Wisdom tooth dangerously risking the well-being of the adjacent Second Molar tooth making the latter prone to caries and further complications.
This horizontally placed Wisdom had to be surgically extracted in an attempt to relieve associated pain and to save the adjacent tooth.

So this young man presented at the dental facility with a broken upper central incisor expecting some repairs.
A shade was carefully matched for build-up and there you go!
Well incase you’re wondering, the midline space was not closed as per the patients’ desire.
