A challenging implant rehabilitation case with both functional and aesthetic concerns.
The patient presented with multiple infected teeth, compromised aesthetics, and significant bone loss around two previously placed implants due to reduced osseointegration. After flap elevation, thorough debridement was performed, followed by bone grafting around the affected implants and placement of a collagen membrane to promote regeneration.
A severely infected canine with extensive granulation tissue was carefully extracted, all infected tissue was removed, and an immediate implant was placed in the same surgical visit.
A comprehensive approach focused on eliminating infection, preserving bone, and restoring long-term function and aesthetics.

Patient presented with pain and periapical swelling in the first quadrant. History revealed dental trauma 5 years prior with a fractured tooth.On examination, pulpal necrosis with periapical pathology was diagnosed.
Root canal treatment was performed, followed by restoration with a zirconia crown to ensure structural integrity and function.
