**When an easy case becomes challenging!** 🦷

Mechanic was very challenging. Poor prognosis of both lower incisors required an unplanned extraction pattern, extraction of both the lower incisors, changing the Bolton ratio. With upper arch crowding and anterior crossbite adding to the challenge, the case was ultimately finished in a **Class I molar relationship**—and, most importantly, with a **happy patient!** 😊

Can this be treated without extractions? 🤔

Adult patient (Age 17 years) with:

🔹 Class II Division 2 (Full Cusp Class II Molar Relationship)
🔹 More than 200% deep bite
🔹 No remaining growth
🔹 Profile unsuitable for extraction therapy

Yet, we achieved a Class I occlusion, corrected the deep bite, and improved the facial profile—all without extractions.
